What to Expect in Ceremony & Worship
Your Guide to Sacred Ceremony at Mindbridge Ministries
Participating in a worship ceremony at Mindbridge Ministries is a profound and transformative experience. We want you to feel safe, prepared, and supported every step of the way. Here’s what to expect—from preparation, through ceremony, to integration—and what you’ll need for a meaningful journey.
Before Ceremony: Preparation
Intention-Setting
Reflect on your personal goals, questions, or areas of healing you wish to explore. Setting a clear intention helps guide your experience.
Health & Safety Screening
All participants complete a confidential health screening and consent process. Please share any relevant medical or mental health history with our facilitators.
Orientation & Guidance
You’ll receive information about the ceremony structure, safety protocols, and what to expect. Attend an orientation session if you’re new or have questions.
Physical Preparation
- Get a good night’s sleep before ceremony day.
- Eat a light, healthy meal 3–4 hours prior (unless otherwise advised).
- Hydrate well, but avoid caffeine or alcohol.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
During Ceremony: The Experience
Opening Circle
Begin with a group welcome, intention sharing, and grounding practices such as meditation, breathwork, or music.
Administration of the Sacrament
Facilitators guide the safe, respectful use of psilocybin, honoring it as a sacred tool for spiritual growth.
Guided Journey
You’ll be supported throughout by trained facilitators. The experience may include music, silence, gentle guidance, and time for personal reflection.
Support & Safety
You are never alone. Facilitators are always present for reassurance, emotional support, or assistance with any challenges.
Closing Ritual
The ceremony concludes with a gratitude circle, gentle re-entry practices, and optional group sharing.
After Ceremony: Integration
Integration Circle
Join a group discussion to process your experience, share insights, and receive support from facilitators and peers.
Personal Reflection
Journaling, art, or quiet contemplation are encouraged to deepen understanding and anchor insights.
Ongoing Support
Access one-on-one integration sessions, support groups, and educational resources as needed.
